Every PCM we sell is backed by our FREE Lifetime Warranty. If your module ever fails due to a manufacturing or programming defect, we will replace it at no cost to you.

What's Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Programming errors or calibration issues
• Internal component failure under normal use
• Free replacement shipping — both ways

What's Not Covered

• Physical damage (drops, impacts, cracks)
• Water or liquid damage
• Damage from improper installation or wiring modifications
• Damage caused by other faulty vehicle components (e.g., voltage spikes from a bad alternator)

How to File a Claim

Contact our support team with your order number. Most warranty claims are processed within 24 hours. We'll ship your replacement unit with a prepaid return label for the defective module.

In addition to our lifetime warranty, we offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If the PCM doesn't resolve your vehicle's issue, return it within 60 days for a full refund.
