We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can return your PCM for a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

1. Contact our support team with your order number
2. We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label
3. Ship the PCM back in its original packaging
4. Your refund is processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the return

Conditions

• The PCM must be returned within 60 days of delivery
• The unit must be in its original condition — no physical damage, water damage, or modifications
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Exchanges

If you received the wrong PCM or need a different unit, contact us and we'll arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
