  • Tracking: A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days typically ship the same day.

We ship to all 50 US states. We do not currently ship internationally.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your PCM doesn't resolve your vehicle's issue, you can return it within 60 days for a full refund.

  • We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost
  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the return
  • The PCM must be in its original condition — no physical damage or modifications

Core Return Program

Every order includes a prepaid return label for your old (core) PCM. Simply ship your old unit back within 30 days. There is no core charge — it's completely free.
